Directions:

 

1. Light your charcoal disk by holding it with tongs until the sparks stops and it's fully activated.
2. Place the lit disc into your heat proof burner.
3. Spoon or sprinkle a small amount of resin onto burning coal in an incense burner and wave it around your home with a feather or your hand.
4. As you do this, open a window to allow out the negative energy your clearing and say your prayers with gratitude, sincerity and intention, making sure the smoke touches the walls and corners, filling the area or space.
5. Once you are done, close window, center yourself and start or closing out your meditation.
