& Refunds

We ask that you please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. Be sure to include your order number when sending a request about an order. You will be asked to provide photos of the damaged items so, in order for us to assist you as quickly as possible, please include photos in your email as well.

Please be sure to have the correct recipient name and mailing address when placing orders.

Our shop is not responsible for lost, stolen for tampered boxes once it leaves the shipping facility.

Refunds

Please send us an email at contactsacredskn@gmail.com for defective or damaged products.

We will notify you once we’ve received your email and inspected the issue regarding refunds and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

& Policy

ALL ORDERS PROCESS within 2-3 days after payment for processing and shipping. Large sales can delay processing time. A lot of our products that are HAND MADE in small batches and blessed before shipping and that does take time. We thank you in advance for your support and patience!

USA ORDERS - USPS/UPS

Shipping time is AFTER the order has gone through the processing time.

Shipping Time: TRACKING UPDATES provided with orders.

Express Shipping

(NOT OFFERED AT THE MOMENT) however, we do ship primarily by Priority USPS or UPS for faster shipping.

Domestic Delivery Information

Signature is not required on delivery, so if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deemed fit for the mail carrier.

If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS or UPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.

Please remember that processing time is not the same as delivery time.

Shipping

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (excluding Spiritual Holy Days & Holidays)

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Once you have placed your order and it is shipped, we can not revise or alter shipping/mailing options.

Tracking

Note: All shipment methods come with tracking.

If you do not live in a secure location please remember we do not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deemed fit to the mail carrier. Please take note that:

We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system however, if this was to happen we will do our best to assist you.
We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by whoever is places the order.
A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 25% of the total charge per item. You will be contacted before fee is charged.

Separate packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

Certain items may be on backorder
Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office

We provide a tracking number for each package.

Cancellation of Orders/Pre Order Items and Out of Stock Items

Sacred Skn Apothecary will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory or cancellations.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Policy and Terms

By placing an order at Sacred Skn Apothecary you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping back to Sacred Skn Apothecary. By purchasing you indicate that you are the true holder of the card and/or authorized to use the card for purchases. This also applies to any items that are refused/unclaimed by you at delivery.

If you place an order and wish to have your items before the estimated shipping times, please email sometimes we can accommodate in processing your order immediately. However, orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours and cancellations can not made after an item has shipped.
